Fiery collision on Highway 403 near Brantford, Ont., injures 2: Ontario Provincial Police

Two people have been taken to hospital with minor injuries after a fiery multi-vehicle crash in Brant County.

OPP closed the westbound Highway 403 just before 1 p.m. Monday after a tractor trailer burst into flames at Middle Townline Road, between Woodstock and Brantford.

Ontario Provincial Police say the tractor trailer collided with several other vehicles.

The highway was closed between Oxford Road 55 and Middle Townline Road.

Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
