The increase will range from zero per cent for small industrial customers up to 4.1 per cent for residential users.

In 2014, the panel has recommended conditional approval of residential customer’s rates going up another 2.4 per cent.

The recommendations are based on SaskEnergy revenue requirements and how it compares with utilities in other jurisdictions.
