Westbound traffic is being diverted up the St. Albert Trail off-ramp and back down the on-ramp on the other side.  Due to morning rush hour volumes, it is anticipated that there will be major delays and the City is advising motorists to use alternate routes.

The City of Edmonton is assessing the situation and will re-open the area to traffic once repairs have been made and the area is safe for commuters.
