US election: President-elect Biden, VP-elect Harris addresses the nation following win

The long U.S. election campaign has come to an end as millions of Americans took to the polls Tuesday to either re-elect Donald Trump or choose Joe Biden as the next president of the United States.

But that doesn’t mean it’s over. Despite a victory speech from Trump, neither the president nor Biden has yet to clinch the 270 electoral votes needed to claim a presidential win as of Friday morning.
