SASKATOON – A construction grader that has been submerged in the South Saskatchewan River since July 2 has finally been removed.

It took a couple of tow trucks but the grader was recovered on Monday afternoon.

About two weeks ago, a subcontractor was working along the east riverbank by the new Circle Drive South Bridge when the grader slid into the water.
