The sale of a Saskatchewan television network has been approved by the CRTC.
Ontario-based Bluepoint Investments is purchasing the network from the provincial government.
The move comes after last spring’s budget, when the Wall government announced it would no longer fund the network.
As part of the sale, Bluepoint Investments agreed to invest around $1.75 million a year in Saskatchewan production.
