GALLERY: Clean-up begins in Calgary after devastating flooding

CALGARY – A local state of emergency was declared for The City of Calgary on Thursday, amid rising water levels in the Bow and Elbow rivers.  After 48 hours of heavy rain, Calgary’s mayor announced on Sunday that 65,000 residents who’d been ordered to leave their homes were being allowed to return to assess the damage.
