Guelph police is thanking the community for helping find a missing woman on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old was reported missing at around 1 p.m. and police released a photo of her at around 2:30 p.m.
She was last seen at around 9 a.m. in the area of Guelph General Hospital but was found later in the day in a restaurant near Eramosa Road and Stevenson Street.

Police thanked the public for stepping up and helping locate the young woman.
“The social media posts were widely shared by a significant number of community posts,” police said in a news release.
