EDMONTON- RCMP have charged four men with a variety of offences, after a break and enter at the Sonora Apartments in Stony Plain.
Fire tore through the apartment building in early May, leaving numerous people homeless.
When residents were allowed back in the building to collect personal items in late May, a couple of them called RCMP after a number of items were allegedly stolen.
After interviewing multiple people, and searching two Stony Plain residences earlier this week, RCMP recovered a number of stolen items including cell phones, tablets, laptops, guitars and televisions.
Officers say most of the items have been returned to their rightful owners, however, several items had already been sold either online or to local contacts.
