Edmonton police said have they located a 65-year-old man who went missing earlier this week.
The man was last seen on Wednesday, Jan. 8, around 5 p.m. in the area of 71 Street and 79 Avenue before police sent out a release looking for the public’s help locating him on Saturday.

Police said initially they were concerned because he has difficulties walking and normally uses a cane, which he left behind the night he went missing.
Police said in a news release on Sunday that he had been located safely.
