NASA satellite captures Moore tornado

NASA’s GOES-13 shows the developing storm systems as they passed through the south central United States on Monday, May 20, 2013. The tornado that spawned from this system, producing a tornado that struck Moore, Oklahoma was confirmed to be an EF5 on the Enhanced Fujita scale with winds exceeding 200 mph.
