When employees resisted, police say, the man sprayed pepper spray into the air. He then fled the scene, stealing a patron’s bike on his way out.

He was located at a home in the 300 block of Haviland Crescent on Aug. 23, according to SPS, which is when he was arrested, charged, and brought into custody.

The man is facing charges of robbery, possession of a weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon, along with breach of undertaking.

Two people were treated after being affected by the pepper spray.
