Watch as he explains how he wanted to open a dining room and lounge but couldn’t because of the location of his bathrooms, then decided to have a lounge but couldn’t because his venue’s too small to meet the licensing requirements.

In the end, he opened a restaurant with just a dining room — which makes it impossible to give some customers what they want.
