Charlie A’Court has been around the world and back already this year, and at 7:45, he’ll be in to tell us about his travels in Australia.

Jill is back in the gym at the Dartmouth Sportsplex at 8:15 for another workout with personal trainer Danny Gooden.  This week, they’ll get fit using weights.

And at 8:45, we’ll meet illustrator Sydney Smith to talk about his work in children’s books and some more grown up projects.
