If you’re heading out to the garden this long weekend, you’ll want to tune in at 6:45 for tips from a physiotherapist on ways to avoid sprains and strains whether you’re raking, planting or digging.

At 7:15, we’ll have a conversation with the man behind HRMTrafficCop about National Road Safety Week and what he and fellow officers are doing to help keep us safe on the roads.

Charlie A’Court has been around the world and back already this year, and at 7:45, he’ll be in to tell us about his travels in Australia.

Jill is back in the gym at the Dartmouth Sportsplex at 8:15 for another workout with personal trainer Danny Gooden.  This week, they’ll get fit using weights.

And at 8:45, we’ll meet illustrator Sydney Smith to talk about his work in children’s books and some more grown up projects.
