PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – Rising water continues to be a problem in northern Saskatchewan.

The Rural Municipality of Prince Albert has officially declared a local emergency due to flooding that is threatening homes and municipal roads.

The emergency declaration was made under Saskatchewan’s Emergency Planning Act.
