The Royal Canadian Mint has issued a new generation of one-dollar and two-dollar coins. These will include several new advanced security features. Circulation of the coins begins April 10, 2012. Existing one-dollar and two-dollar coins will remain legal tender, continuing to circulate alongside the new coins. Images courtesy
