The quest to break Canada’s 20-year Stanley Cup drought began for the Toronto Maple Leafs Wednesday night.
Four Canadian teams made the playoffs, but the excitement is at a fever pitch in Toronto, after the Leafs’ nine-year absence from the NHL playoffs.

They’ll face off against the Boston Bruins, who won the Stanley Cup in 2011 against the Vancouver Canucks.
While they haven’t played in the finals in two decades, they haven’t actually won the championships since 1967.
But, the Leafs have taken the Stanley Cup 13 teams since 1918. Only the Montreal Canadiens have more, with 24 wins in the finals.
