A male was seriously injured in a motorcycle collision in northwest Calgary on Wednesday.
The crash happened southbound on Shaganappi Trail just south of Country Hills Blvd. N.W. at around 11:45 a.m.
Police said the male riding the motorcycle lost control, spun out and was separated from the bike.
EMS said the motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries but they were not considered life-threatening.
Drugs, alcohol and speed were not considered factors, officers said.
Police did not say how old the rider was.
