Waterloo Regional Police have released images of a man they’re looking to speak with in connection to a recent property theft in Waterloo.
Police say the man when into an apartment building near Spruce Street and Hickory Street West at around 7 a.m. on Wednesday.

They say that he was seen wandering through the building before he stole some property and took off.
