A Peterborough man is facing child pornography charges following an investigation.
On Friday, Peterborough Police Service executed a search warrant at a residence where they seized a computer which allegedly contains child pornography files.
Ian Arthur Cody, 40, of Benson Avenue was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and imports, distributes, sell or possesses for the purpose of distribution or sale any child pornography .
He was held in custody and appeared in court later Friday.
