Hospitals of Regina Foundation launched their 2019 Spring Home Lottery on Wednesday.

This year’s top prize is a $1.4-million home in the Creeks and $30,000 cash.

“This year, Hospitals of Regina Foundation is committed to raising $3 million in support of the second phase of upgrades to the operating rooms at Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital,” said Dino Sophocleous, Hospitals of Regina Foundation president and CEO.

The home is 4,200-square feet and custom-built by Century West Homes. The main level features an executive kitchen, a sunken living room, a three-sided gas fireplace and a unique master suite with a copper tub.

The basement includes a rec room with a projector screen, gym and wine cellar and comes fully furnished.

Early-bird ticket purchasers will also have the chance to win a trip to Saint Lucia or the Bahamas and a BMW. More than 1,000 prizes will be awarded.

“A heartfelt thanks goes out to our lottery supporters, who believe as strongly as we do in committing to the best health care possible for our community,” Sophocleous said.
