Armed robbery in London left one person with minor injuries, police say

London police are looking for a suspect after what they’re calling an armed robbery in south London left one person with minor injuries.

Officers found one person suffering minor injuries at a convenience store at 132 Commissioners Rd. W., the address of a Daisy Mart to the west of Wharncliffe Road South, at about 9 p.m. Saturday.

London police wouldn’t confirm whether the victim was the store’s attendant.

Police say the suspect is described as a white man, roughly six feet one inch tall. He was said to be wearing grey pants, a red sweater, and a black coat.

The investigation has been turned over to London police’s Street Crime Unit, and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
