One neighbourhood in Winnipeg had an extra cold start to their Thursday morning.
Manitoba Hydro said there was a major power outage in the East St. Paul area
As of 6:30 a.m. there was over 1,200 customers were affected.
Hydro says the cause of the power outage is unknown.
Just before 10 a.m over 300 customers are without power.
