As residents head into 2019, civic rates and fees for Saskatoon are something to keep in mind.

The property tax increase, for example, was set by Saskatoon city council at 4.4 per cent. Here is a look at some of the other changes coming into effect Jan. 1.

There is no set rate increase for Saskatoon light and power at this point, but there are a number of other fees that will remain the same for landfill, transit and parking.
