The B.C. Liberals made yet another announcement today, this time aimed at BC students.
The premier today committed 584 million dollars to seismically upgrade 45 high-risk schools.

Since 2001, the government has upgraded or replaced 213 schools at a cost of about 2.2 billion dollars.
But the work is far from complete. There are still 102 high-priority schools that need fixing. Upgrading them is expected to cost a further 600 million dollars.
