A martial arts instructor in Milton is facing sexual offences relating to one of his students.
Police say the man was arrested Wednesday.
Police say the alleged incident happened when the 38-year-old was employed as a martial arts instructor at Black Belt World in Milton, and the female victim was a member of the Taekwondo club.
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Patrick Leany has been charged with several offences including luring, invitation to sexual touching and criminal harassment.
