Arkells have released two new videos from the band’s Rally concert in June at Hamilton’s Tim Hortons Field, performing Knocking at the Door and People’s Champ.
The videos are a tease for the Hamilton-based band’s upcoming album Rally Cry, scheduled to be released Oct. 19
“Rally Cry is the idea of a communal heart, a connected spirit,” the band says. “Whether it’s political songs or love songs, they share the same starting place.”

About 24,000 people attended the Hamilton show, and $1 from each ticket sold was donated to the Refuge Hamilton Centre for Newcomer Health, which provides primary health-care services to new immigrant and refugee populations in Hamilton.
