The Western Development Museum (WDM) in Saskatoon is hosting an exhibit that showcases the stories of those who laid the foundation for women’s rights in Saskatchewan.
The exhibit is called “Sisters United: Women’s Suffrage in Saskatchewan.”
Through the personal stories of seven suffragists, it intends to bring attention to women who were strong leaders and activists at a time when this was not common or encouraged.

The travelling exhibit runs through Sept. 20.
