A man who was hurt when his e-bike collided with an SUV in Central Hamilton is now facing charges.
Hamilton Police and paramedics responded to the collision on King Street East and Holton Avenue South just after 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Police confirm the 50-year-old man on the e-bike ran a red light and was hit by the SUV.
The driver of the SUV, a 28-year-old man, was not injured.
The e-bike driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say he has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
