Peyton Wagner’s trip to Disney World was one she’ll never forget.
“It was awesome! It looked really cool and so much fun,” the six-year-old said.
At just 10 months, Peyton was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma and in the span of one year, from 2012-13, she went through 16 rounds of chemotherapy.
From an early age, the Children’s Wish Foundation has played a major in role in her life. Last year, they made her wish come true, sending her and her father Danny on a trip of a lifetime.
“It was one of the greatest experiences of our lives,” Danny said.
Peyton had so much fun, she wanted to find a way to give back but wasn’t sure how.

On a rainy day, while camping this summer, she came up with a plan.
“I wanted to colour a Curious George book and I finally got an idea that maybe I should make a book for Children’s Wish,” Peyton said.
So, she put her talents to work.
“Peyton likes to draw and write and sing and talk so she started this book and I think it was her auntie who said maybe she should raffle it off,” Danny said.
Through Facebook they started an auction, and the support has been overwhelming; reaching close to $2,000 in donations.
As of right now, Peyton is cancer free and is hoping the money she raises will help other kids fighting the disease see their wish come true.
“I hope they can have a lot of fun just like I did,” said Peyton.
The auction ends Wednesday night at 9 p.m., Peyton’s bedtime.
