Halton Police say 61-year-old Susan Bentley is facing charges after an incident at the Allendale Long Term Facility, which left a 91-year-old woman with minor injuries.

Police say that the accused, who was employed at the facility as a PSW, allegedly assaulted the elderly victim on June 30, and that the incident was witnessed by another employee.

As a result, Bentley has been terminated from her employment and will appear in court next month.
