Tonight on Top Story – B.C.’s lumber industry

Coming up tonight on Top Story.

Aaron Macarthur will be hosting, and he’ll be looking at the boom of the B.C. lumber industry and what it means for B.C. consumers.

We will also focus on the genome of the Pine Beetle, how it will help battle this pest, and what can be done before it spreads across the country.

John Innes, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at the University of British Columbia will be joining us on the phone and Dr. Christopher Keeling will be in studio to talk about the issues.
