A man whose body was found floating in Lake Ontario last weekend has been identified as 45-year-old Matthew Kevin Brown of Burlington.
A post-mortem examination determined his cause of death to be drowning.
Police say the incident is not believed to be criminal in nature. However, the investigation is continuing and they’d like to speak to anyone who has information on Brown’s whereabouts before his body was found just east of the Brant Street Pier on Sunday night.
