4 charged after 99 grams of meth seized: Prince Albert police

Prince Albert police say four people are facing charges after the seizure of 99.1 grams of meth on Wednesday.

The drug bust came as a result of an investigation by the Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET).

Police said the meth had an estimated street value of $8,000.

Officers also seized over $6,000 cash and a conducted energy weapon.

As a result of the investigation, a 25-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman have been charged with possession of meth for the purpose of trafficking. Both are from Prince Albert.

Two Saskatoon men, aged 29 and 36, are facing multiple drug and weapon related offences.

All four were scheduled to make their first Prince Albert provincial court appearance on Thursday.
