The $52-million project, scheduled to be finished in February 2019, involves an almost seven-kilometre sanitary sewer from Green Mountain Road to the area of Guyatt Road.

It will provide servicing that is needed to support additional planned growth in Binbrook.

The investigation is now in the hands of the coroner and Ontario’s Ministry of Labour.
