Police searching for suspects after 2 business robberies in Regina

Regina police are requesting help in locating the suspects of two separate business robberies in Regina on April 9 and April 10.

On April 9, at approximately 4:17 p.m., police were sent to the 5500 block of 7th Avenue after two men entered a business armed with guns and demanded money.

They then fled the scene in a dark coloured vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash.

One of the men was described as wearing black pants, white runners, a blue hoodie and sunglasses, and had a bandana covering his face. The other man was described to be wearing dark coloured clothing, sunglasses and a balaclava covering his face.

On April 10, police received another call for a robbery at approximately 11:30 p.m., this time at a business located in the 1100 block of Victoria Avenue East.

One man had entered the business armed with a gun demanding money. The man was able to obtain an unknown quantity of cash, and then fled the area on foot.

He is described as wearing a black hoodie, black toque, grey pants and a balaclava covering his face.

The police have not confirmed that these two robberies are connected, and at this time, there is no further information.
