Highway 2 northbound at Highway 582 near Carstairs has re-opened after being closed earlier Wednesday morning due to a serious collision involving a tractor-trailer.
Olds RCMP said the crash happened at 1:40 a.m. and involved a jackknifed semi and another vehicle.

Police didn’t say how many people were involved in the crash but said the injuries were non-life-threatening.

Collision analysts were called to the scene, and northbound traffic was diverted onto Highway 2A.
