Vehicle thefts on the rise in Regina

Car thefts are on the rise in Saskatchewan.

A report from the Insurance Bureau of Canada says there has been a jump of 15 per cent in the Province in the last year.

In Regina, vehicle thefts are up 17 per cent.

Jennifer Rathwell with Saskatchewan Government Insurance says it doesn’t take long for someone to steal a car, especially when keys or starters are left inside.
