The West Leg of the Sherman Access is closed until further notice.
Police were called to the busy mountain access just before 2 o’clock this afternoon after rocks and debris fell onto the southbound lanes.

City of Hamilton officials say crews are on the scene investigating what happened and clearing debris, adding the remediation work will continue over the course of the weekend.
The East Leg of the Sherman Access remains open.
