Eskimos sign 3 players including veteran receiver Rory Kohlert

The Edmonton Eskimos signed three players on Wednesday in national receiver Rory Kohlert, national fullback Christophe Normand and international linebacker Jeremiah Kose.

Kohlert spent six seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and last season with the Calgary Stampeders.

Kohlert’s best season came in 2014 with the Bombers where he recorded 594 receiving yards and scored three touchdowns.

Last season, Kohlert recorded 77 yards in 15 games played.

Normand spent the last three seasons with the Bombers, recording 86 yards rushing and 53 yard receiving in 42 games and adding seven tackles on special teams.

Kose was cut by the Eskimos at the end of training camp last season but was brought back in mid-August and spent the rest of the season on the team’s practice roster.
