Saskatoon police say a shooting in a parking lot at Preston Crossing is not believed to be random in nature.
Officers were called to the parking lot in the 1700-block of Preston Avenue North just before 10 p.m. CT Tuesday for a report of shots being fired.
A witness said they saw several men in the parking lot yelling at each other and that one was armed with what appeared to be a long-barrelled firearm.

The witness then said they heard several shots.
Officers arrived to find no one there but found evidence of what appeared to be gunshots and indications that someone had been injured.

His injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Investigators said the 35-year-old man is not being co-operative with the investigation.
