Police said at about 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, they received a call from a woman who believed she saw a man matching his description in the community of Coventry Hills.

“Police arrived and located a man walking through an alley in the 300 block of Coventry Road N.E., where he was taken into custody,” police said in a news release Wednesday.

David Brunelle, 27, has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000.

His next court appearance is Feb. 6, 2018.

Brosseau told Global News baby outlet plugs that had been included in the packages were turned in after they were found on a bike path near her house. She said another item – a frame – was also discovered in their mailbox on Monday.
