The 50/50 prize went unclaimed at the Edmonton Oilers‘ last home game, so the more than $71,000 jackpot will be carried over.
The jackpot for the next home game on Tuesday, Nov. 28 against the Arizona Coyotes will start at $71,107.50.

Ticket sales will be limited to $100 per transaction.
Last season, a lucky couple went home with nearly $337,000 at Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs against the San Jose Sharks, after the previous 50/50 jackpot was carried over. The 50/50 prize was the largest in the team’s history.

The previous largest 50/50 jackpot in Edmonton Oilers history was $154,167 in September 2015. The jackpot started at $76,125 after the 50/50 went unclaimed on March 25.
This past summer, an Edmonton couple went home with more than $435,000 after winning the 50/50 jackpot at the Eskimos’ game on July 14. The $435,919.50 jackpot was the largest 50/50 jackpot in the Canadian Football League’s history.
