7 women and 7 men have been selected to hear the second-degree murder trial of Christopher Garnier.
Garnier, 29, is accused of killing Catherine Campbell in September 2015.

Garnier is accused of killing Catherine Campbell, an off-duty member of the Truro Police Service in September 2015.
The 29-year-old is also accused of improperly interfering with human remains.
Campbell’s body was found under the Macdonald Bridge in Halifax on Sept. 16. 2015. Monday, Garnier pleaded not guilty to both offences he is charged with. In total, 23 court days have been set aside to hear the trial at Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Halifax.

The trial is scheduled to last five weeks.
