Halifax Transit is offering free transit to all veterans and military personnel for Remembrance Day.
All they’ll have to do is be in uniform or display their military identification upon boarding the bus or ferry.

Any family members who accompany the personnel will also be included in the free transit.
Transit will run throughout Nov. 11, though you should check the Halifax Transit schedule for specific times.
