Calgary police have confirmed the identity of a man who was killed in a serious assault Friday night.
Police said Jordan Gregory Frydenlund, 30, died after a confrontation in the 700 block of 67 Avenue S.W. around 8:20 p.m. Oct. 27.

According to a news release Wednesday, a homicide investigation in ongoing.
