Redblacks receiver Brad Sinopoli done for the season

Peterborough native and Ottawa Redblacks receiver Brad Sinopoli is out for the rest of the season.

Sinopoli reportedly showed up to practice on Monday with his arm in a sling.

The seven-year veteran has a broken bone in his shoulder and will require surgery.

For the third straight year, Sinopoli recorded more than a thousand receiving yards and three touchdowns.

The Redblacks sit in second place in the CFL’s east division, one point behind Toronto for first place.

They have already clinched a playoff spot and will wrap up the regular season on Friday against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
