Emergency crews have responded to a deadly crash near Strathmore Saturday afternoon.
Strathmore RCMP said at around 2 p.m., an eastbound car lost control and went off the highway into the south ditch. The vehicle later rolled into an adjoining field.

It happened on Highway 1 near the intersection of Range Road 261.
The driver, and lone occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead on scene.
The victim is a 29-year-old woman from Calgary. Next of kin has been notified and police say they will not be releasing her name.
Police say there is no indication that alcohol or other intoxicants were involved. The investigation is ongoing.
