WATCH: Almost all of Calgary’s mayoral candidates will be attending a forum at the University of Calgary on Wednesday, one day after a forum was held at Mount Royal University. Doug Vaessen has details – Sep 20, 2017

Calgary’s mayoral candidates have been invited to a forum at the University of Calgary on Wednesday evening.

The event will be held at MacEwan Hall at 7 p.m., and is organized by the students’ union and the Graduate Students’ Association.

According to a news release, the forum will give candidates the opportunity to “share their platform priorities and answer questions on issues important to Calgarians.”

According to the university, candidates confirmed to attend include Andre Chabot, Brent Chisholm, Emile Gabriel, Larry Heather, David Lapp, Naheed Nenshi, Curtis Olson and Bill Smith.

Doors for the event open at 6 p.m.
