The Saskatchewan Party will hold six leadership candidate debates.
The party announced Monday the dates and locations of the debates.

The first one will be held on Oct. 19 in Swift Current.
Debates will also be held in Melfort, Saskatoon, North Battleford and Weyburn, with the final debate being held on Dec. 7 in Regina. A complete list of dates and locations is at the end of this story.
Candidates who have been officially nominated one week in advance of a debate will be able to participate.
Five people have said they intend to run for leader of the Saskatchewan Party, and premier of the province, after Brad Wall announced on Aug. 10 he was stepping down after a decade in office.

Scott Moe and Ken Cheveldayoff have filed their nomination papers.
Tina Beaudry-Mellor, Gord Wyant and Alanna Koch have also announced their intentions to seek the leadership.
The deadline for filing nomination papers is Nov. 24.
The new leader will be chosen at the party’s leadership convention on Jan. 27, 2018 in Saskatoon.

Oct. 19: Swift Current, Days Inn, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Oct. 26: Melfort, Kerry Vickar Centre, CJVR Theatre, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Nov. 4: Saskatoon, TCU Place, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Nov. 16: North Battleford, Dekker Centre, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Nov. 30: Weyburn, Cugnet Centre, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Dec. 7: Regina, Double Tree by Hilton, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
